Rachael has been in the disability sector for 10+ years and joined the West End team in 2020. She has her certificate in Disability and Mental Health Diploma and is qualified in housing support for low to high support needs.

Rachael loves the challenges in this field and has experience across support work, housing management and support coordination, in which she is still very active. She is very passionate about this sector. Rachael believes nothing is more rewarding than seeing a smile that lights up a room when a participant achieves a goal or experiences something new.
