Whether it is something you love doing or need a little assistance with, we can ensure we tailor support around your interests. We encourage participants to suggest activities or events that they are particularly interested in so that we can include them in our timetable. You can also choose from the many activities on offer.
Skills for Life
At the Centre, we work with our participants to develop the skills they need in everyday life.
Our cooking program focuses on healthy eating. Our sports program focuses on an active lifestyle for all abilities.
The Arts and Crafts program fosters creativity and expression.
Our Sensory Garden and Gardening Program cater for those who have a green thumb or just love being outside.
