Meet Ash Hawker, Ash is a familiar and trusted face at West End Support Services. With over eight years of experience in the NDIS industry — six of those dedicated to West End — Ash has worn many hats across the organisation.
From support worker to support coordinator, housing manager to compliance officer, Ash’s hands-on experience spans almost every part of the business.
Now serving as our Quality & Intake Manager, Ash is the first point of contact for new participants, ensuring they feel supported and confident from the very beginning.
Passionate about delivering excellence at every stage, Ash is committed to building strong relationships, streamlining processes, and upholding the highest standards of care and compliance.
With a solutions-focused approach and a genuine dedication to participant wellbeing, Ash continues to be a driving force behind the smooth operation and quality assurance of West End Support Services.
