Annie joins the team at West End Support Services with 10 years of experience in specialised cardiac care. After spending some time in management, she decided to leave the hospital for more community focused work. Wanting to step into a role where she could continue to support and advocate for peoples needs and goals. Annie is new to support coordination and is embracing the new role.
