Debbie is the manager and Director of West End Support services.

Debbie’s passion has always been to provide inspiration, motivation, choice, and control to all participants within the West End Family.

Debbie has been working in Mental health and Disability since 1986. She completed her initial training as a registered psychiatric nurse and continued to maintain her education in current practice standards. She recently completed her postgraduate community service and case management certificate at Federation University.

Debbie focuses on working with people, encouraging them to use their voice, live their dreams and choose their own path in life.

Debbie believes we need to see the joy in people, to be kind and happy. Debbie's philosophy is “tell me where you want to be, what you want to do and let’s work together to get you there.”
